Momenteel is het niet mogelijk om Iptacopan aan te vragen voor IgAN.
Indicatie:
IgA nefropathie onder maximaal getolereerde RAAS blokkade met progressieve nierinsufficiëntie en proteïnurie (APPLAUSE studie inclusiecriterium was proteïnurie >1g/g)
